For many years our attorneys, who are all registered at the Netherlands as well as the German Bar Association, provide their services to companies in the Netherlands and in Germany having commercial cross border activities in these countries. We are fluent not only in Dutch and German but also in English, since it is not uncommon that English is the preferred language of many of our clients. Our clients range from entrepreneurs to start-ups; small, mid-sized and larg companies. Regional in the Netherlands and in Germany, as well as global companies. Our business clients are mainly manufacturers, trade & logistic companies, retail and service companies. Since we are entrepreneurs ourselves, we make your business our business.
For lawyers
Our focus is on Dutch-German business. That means we also render our specialised services to other lawyers, with whom we work alongside on a specific matter as their partner. For example their regular client needs a German distribution contract. Or their client needs assistance with its entrance to the German of Dutch market.
Network
Over the years we have built up a valuable network of other professionals in the Netherlands and Germany as well as in other European countries, that are at the disposal of our clients if necessary. These include tax lawyers, notaries, salary administrators, HR advisors and recruiters, as well as attorney that are specialised in other fields of law than HELEX Law. Because, by choice, we are an independant law firm who is not part of an international network, we are able to find the best professional possible within our network for our clients.
